Royal Den Hartogh Logistics launched our first ever Asia Pacific customer satisfaction survey in Q4 2023 to find out how our customers evaluate us in this region. We learned that overall our customers have a positive view of our performance with a Customer Satisfaction score of 83%. Service Quality, Responsiveness and Understanding our Customer Needs were evaluated as some of our best qualities. We have also received some points that we can improve on in 2024. We would like to thank our valued customers for participating in our customer satisfaction survey and we are inspired to be an even better partner for you in 2024!
